Why become a PADI Instructor with Us?

Steve is one of the very top Instructor Trainers in the world. He has been a Platinum Course Director for over 18 years. During that time, he has helped hundreds of people fulfil their dreams. He himself issued over 5,600 PADI certifications and is keen to pass on all his “secrets” to help others succeed.

Steve conducts regular “masterclass” workshops, where experienced instructors improve their teaching methods in both class and pool. You’ll get to see all of these techniques in your IDC.

During your IDC with Steve, you’ll laugh a lot! you’ll have fun, and you’ll learn these “real world” techniques that have proved to be so successful. You’ll find out how psychology can help both you and your future students progress in a natural, fun and efficient way. Your confidence levels will soar, and your communication skills will improve immensely. You’ll see some wonderful “life skills” that you can pass onto your future students.

Steve is much more interested in “How people learn” rather than “How people teach!”
