Freediving in Sharm el Sheikh

Learn to Freedive with Us

Are you a beginner? You can learn the basic techniques of freediving by attending a beginner COURSE and get a certification reccognised worldwide. Course lasts 3 days during which you will acquire the proper skills and knowledges to hold your breath at least 2 minutes, swim 40 meters in dynamic apnea and dive in total comfort and safe to a maximum depth of 15/20 meters.

Are you already a Freediver? You can improve your freediving abilities, performances and knowledges by attending an advanced COURSE that last 3 to 6 days, according to the level.

Do you want to practice and have fun? Certified and experienced freedivers may decide to come to Sharm El Sheikh just to enjoy their abilities exploring the beautiful coral reef of the Red Sea.

Freediving Courses

Though freediving appears to be relatively simple, there is a lot to know about safety and physiology. A non-trained freediver risks ear, sinus, and lung injuries, blackouts, and could potentially drown. An experienced, insured freediving instructor can help you advance your skills and avoid serious risks. If you already have some freediving experience, the expert techniques taught by PADI Freediving instructors can help you quickly increase depth and time underwater but also enhance your personal and buddy-related safety skills.

Prerequisites:To enroll in a PADI Advanced Freediver course you must be at least 15 years old and have a PADI Freediver certification (or a qualifying certification from another freediver organization). You also need to have Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training within the past 24 months.
